Our team in Hyderabad is seeking an Analyst, in DMC. As an Analyst in this team, the individual is expected to
have a strong knowledge of system administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support,
vpn, RSA, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, FCR, AWS/Azure IAM etc.
The candidate will focus on daily operational activities such as ticket resolution, troubleshooting, environment
monitoring, report analysis, client support calls. The candidate will also participate in implementations,
upgrades, and the day-to-day operations of solutions for a variety of deployment scenarios including demo;
