Job Description:
Customer communication through emails & calls regarding current order status.
To update customers on their order status to enable them to plan effectively.
To Review customers’ FG against orders on a daily basis and get the dispatch clearances.
To update on Raw Material status against booked order for effective planning.
Follow up for getting order acceptance on OA.
Inter department Coordination for order execution as per commitment.
Effective Response time to internal customers.
Coordinated with PPC for processing of orders, Logistics for Dispatches, Quality to review RM suitability, F&A for all commercial activities, and RM-related communication to Sourcing Team.
Consolidated MIS for Status Reports of Stock, OBD & Dispatch.
Immediate initial response to internal dept. queries followed by a resolution plan to conclude the task.
POP ( Pending Order position ) Hygiene.
Monitoring POP daily for order execution, processing, dispatch, short close, and RM Status update.
Monitoring high-aged orders> 60 days or commitment lapsed orders to clear them from POP by taking appropriate action.
Stock Hygiene.
Monitoring & clearing of non-moving FG & SFG stock to prevent it from getting aged further.
Monitoring & taking up with PPC & Quality for the remarks mentioned by them in the stock report for keeping them updated to enable concern to take a proper disposable decision.
Response to customer queries & Follow up for payments & overdue pending by customers with CAMs / Customer for hassle-free dispatches.
Immediate response to queries with proper data/information to customers & to take up with concerned departments.
Following up with customers / CAMs for overdue & receivables for effective planning and dispatches.
In case of feasibility rejection, the concerned department offers a substitute for such material.
