Rules and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain in-depth understanding of the product.
- Plan and execute end-to-end content development activity.
- Organise and write easy-to-understand online help manuals.
- Review the content with the editorial team and other stakeholders.
- Evaluate the manuals by testing with user personas.
- Standardize the content across platforms.
- Revise documents and provide updates as necessary.
- Create and publish SEO-optimised, relevant, original and compelling content.
- Contribute to creating rich content resources (articles, eBooks, infographics, solution guides, webinars, videos, etc.) to help business owners, and drive awareness.
- Choose the best channels to promote the content.
- Measure and analyse content’s effectiveness with metrics to improve the quality of content, and implement insights in the future.
