4. Currently pursuing a degree in HR or a related field.
5. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Node.js.
2. Familiarity with MongoDB for database management.
3. Basic knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing.
