Required skills and experience:

• Define and deliver KPI’s, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models vital for tracking and managing the business
• Identify challenges in the process and initiate process improvement projects
• Provide analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights
• Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, leveraging Tableau, etc.
• Knowledge on carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conducting appropriate data validation.
• Knowledge in Programming languages like Python.
• Knowledge in Data analytics, Statistics, Machine Learning & Deep Learning
• Knowledge in Agile principles and methodologies 

EDUCATION:

• B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.E. in Mechanical / Industrial / Aeronautical / IT Engineering.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:  

• Awareness on Skywise or any Equivalent Platform
• Data Analytics skills (Programming & Data Interpretation)
• General awareness of aircraft and its components. (Structures and Systems)
• Good Understanding of engineering fundamentals of lean Manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge on 3DX & SAP Systems is a value addition

The business data analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of various key performance indicators, analysis, data models and analytical tools to provide data analytical support to the Manufacturing Engineering Work Preparation team. To provide analytical support, business data analysts are required to comprehend the business and information needs. Business Data Analyst has to provide actionable insights that can be easily interpreted by ME’s ; designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses, dashboards, etc. that drive meaningful and prompt actionable insights.
