• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• College degree close to data analytics or computer science will be preferred
• Startup experience or any prior internship where data analysis has been core

Rules and Responsibilities

• Revenue retention: Build a strong user engagement strategy with the growth team & help execute the right insights
• Feature adoption: Track & grow feature adoption working closely with the product & growth teams.
• Product usage: Set up product usage and engagement metrics to create an active feedback loop internally on product building
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Growth, Product & Marketing teams and drive various growth activities
• Stakeholder Management: Build consensus on new feature build with the right insights across various teams
