Requirements :

• Strong experience with ASP, ASP.NET (C# and VB.NET), and SQL – required.
• Experience with Web Services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
• Experience with legacy enterprise applications and a passion for maintaining mission-critical systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to “read between the lines” and intuit customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a customer-facing role or in a services/consulting environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a globally distributed team environment.
• Experience with integration development (e.g., Microsoft Project, Power BI, ERP systems) is a plus.

Responsibility :

• Develop, maintain, and upgrade custom product extensions and integrations for the Changepoint platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and customers to clarify requirements and deliver robust, scalable custom solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve support cases related to existing customer customizations.
• Communicate with customers through Salesforce and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather additional information, and resolve issues.
• Work independently on tickets or assigned tasks, balancing quality and responsiveness.
• Adapt to unique and sometimes ambiguous customer environments and technical implementations.
